Terms
Last updated: November 8, 2026
These terms apply when you buy the GEMCRAFT series skill from Aage Kya Hoga (@aagekyahoga.stories). GEMCRAFT is made by our studio, Majority Writes, so some emails may carry that name. By sending an order you agree to these terms.
1. How an order works
- You pay on our secure checkout, run by Lemon Squeezy. They are the reseller (merchant of record) for this order: they take the payment, add any sales tax and email your receipt. Their own terms apply to the payment.
- The download appears right after payment and is also in your receipt email. The setup guide is inside the zip.
- Your receipt is your licence. Please keep it.
2. The skill
- It runs on your own computer: Windows 10/11, Claude Code with a paid Claude plan, and a voice (your own recording, ElevenLabs or the free voice). Those tools and plans are not part of the price.
- One licence is for one person or one channel, tied to your order receipt. Please don't share, resell or re-upload the skill files.
- Updates to version 1 are included. Setup help is by email.
- The videos and series you make with it are yours to post and earn from. Use your own characters and stories, not someone else's.
- The videos on this site are our own. They show what the skill can make, not a promise of your views.
3. Refunds
- The skill is a digital download. All sales are final: once the download is delivered, there are no refunds, because the files can't be returned.
- Check "You'll need" before you buy. A computer, plan or tool that doesn't meet it is not a reason for a refund.
- The only refunds: the download never reached you, or you were charged twice for the same order.
- Problems running it? Email us with a screenshot and we help you with the setup.
- A chargeback or payment dispute opened without emailing us first ends your licence and all support.
4. Who owns what
- The skill's code, our stories, characters and art style stay ours. You get the right to use the skill, not to sell it.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. An order follows the terms that applied when it was paid.
